Stonewalk Publishing Ltd sells physical products, including journals, books, planners, and stationery. All products are described on our website as accurately as possible.
We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or modify products at any time without prior notice. Images on our website are representative. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between the image shown and the physical product delivered, particularly for handcrafted or premium materials.
All products are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is unavailable.
3. Orders and Contract
When you place an order with Stonewalk Publishing Ltd, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we decline your order, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Order confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your details are accurate at the time of ordering.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated.
Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Stonewalk Publishing Ltd does not store your payment card details.
If a pricing error occurs on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly following confirmation. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the point of purchase. These are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays. We will notify you of any significant delay to your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@stonewalkcompany.co.uk, stating your order details and your intention to cancel.
Following cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. We will cover the cost of return postage where goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
These rights are in addition to, and do not affect, any goodwill policy we may operate. Your statutory rights are not diminished by any limitation in our voluntary policies.

All intellectual property associated with Stonewalk Publishing Ltd is owned exclusively by Stonewalk Publishing Ltd. This includes, without limitation:
- The F9F (From 9 to Faith) framework and guided journal system
- All journal questions, prompts, and structured content within our products
- The design, layout, and structure of our journals and publications
- All written content, editorial copy, and introductory material
- The Stonewalk name and brand identity
- All logos, marks, symbols, and visual branding
- The design and content of our website
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any of the above, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Stonewalk Publishing Ltd.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Stonewalk Publishing Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in that order.
