Shipping
Stonewalk Publishing Ltd currently ships to customers within the United Kingdom only.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days after your order has been confirmed. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail. During busy periods or where appropriate, we may use another reputable courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier and are outside our direct control.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. Stonewalk Publishing Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@stonewalkcompany.co.uk. We will work with Royal Mail or the relevant courier to investigate the shipment.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stonewalkcompany.co.uk. Where possible, include:
- your order number
- photographs of the issue
- a brief description
If the goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be covered by Stonewalk Publishing Ltd.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been posted back.
